Hello and welcome to the 2nd issue of Daisy’s Bark! A monthly newsletter on what’s going on at Daisy’s Dog Collars along with fun and interesting topics.
Spring is in the air and we couldn’t be more excited for our event season to begin. We’ll be at the 35th Annual Belmar Seafood Festival at Silver Lake located at 5th and Ocean Ave. Friday, May 19th, starts at 4pm to 8pm, Saturday the 20th at 12pm to 8pm and Sunday the 21st at 12pm to 6pm. You don’t wanna miss the mouth watering, delicious seafood from local restaurants and shopping the many skilled art and craft vendors, showcasing their incredible talents.
We’re also very excited to be back on the boardwalk in Bradley Beach, Memorial Day Weekend! Kicking off the summer on Saturday May 27th and Sunday May 28th from 9am to 7pm. It’s a great way to start the season that radiates warmth, optimism and positive energy along with sun-kissed tans…the summer time.
Another successful Daisy’s Cause is in the books! We raised $725.00 for Pitties & Pals, a non-profit bully breed rescue, that relies solely on donations and fosters. They work endlessly to provide the love and care these pups need.
We’re currently fundraising for Marty’s Place Senior Dog Sanctuary. They provide a safe, loving and protected environment for senior dogs that don’t have homes. Their residents are older and receive the physical and emotional comfort, companionship and enrichment they need to thrive in their golden years. At Marty’s Place they find a home for life.
